Promote your company and meet potential candidates at the 2025 AAMI eXchange. There are a number of packages available to provide your company with the valuable opportunity to network with conference attendees during AAMI's Career Fair! The Career Fair will be open June 21-22. Tables are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis—reserve your space now!

For Employers and Recruiters

  • If your company needs to fill a position, you can find hundreds of qualified professionals—all in one place.
  • Advertise your company with a tabletop exhibit, company logo on Career Fair signage, and via email to attendees.
  • There are limited tables available for the 2025 Career Fair!

For Job Applicants and Those Seeking Career Advice

The Career Fair provides resources to help you advance your career and learn new skills and specialties. Pick up information on ACI certifications, view and download AAMI career development resources, and explore open job opportunities on the online AAMI Career Center. Stop by, meet one-on-one with potential employers, give out your resume, and obtain important career resources.

  • Headshots: All attendees can visit the Career Fair to have a professional headshot photo taken for use in job applications, LinkedIn and other social media, and other networking opportunities. Attendees will receive a digital copy after the event.
  • Resume Review: Receive personalized resume advice from AAMI’s Managing Director, HR.
